Wanna move your workout outdoors? Maximize your time with this quick and easy workout!

30 step ups each leg
15 pushups
Repeat 3 times and rest 1 minute in between

30 squats and hold last one for 30 seconds
Plank 1 minute
Repeat 3 times

25 squat thrusts
15 dips
Repeat 3 times and rest for 1 minute in between

30 Ice skaters
5 T-pushups
Repeat 3 times
