I’ve been working with Missy for several years now in both a one on one setting and through her group classes. Both are amazing! She is energetic, passionate and fun to work out with. I find she does a great job of varying up her workout routines so you’re not just doing the same thing over and over. I’m currently working with her during my pregnancy and had worked with her one on one several times before becoming pregnant. This was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy! I feel great after her workouts, and even without access to a gym, she is able to provide a full body workout with a variety of exercises. I can’t recommend her enough for both pregnancy and regular training.
I’ve taken several of Missy’s group classes, and hers are my favorite. I’ve been to many group classes at various gyms, and hers hands down are the best! She creates an energetic atmosphere that keeps you going the whole time. She does a great job of monitoring everyone in the class and even helping and correcting things you can do better. I feel continually motivated and feel amazing at the end of each class. If you’re looking for a full body workout in a fun atmosphere, Missy’s classes are the best!

Melissa is the best trainer I've ever worked with. I train two days a week with her and the results that I've seen are exactly what I've been trying to accomplish. Melissa's workouts are hard, but when you leave her you feel amazing!! Without Melissa I would not feel and look the way I do.
