Get off to a GOOD Start!

Three reasons to eat breakfast:

By skipping breakfast your actually have been fasting for 15-20 hours depending on when you went to bed and when your last meal was.  In order to boost your metabolism EAT breakfast.  Skipping breakfast will leave you hungrier later and more likely to overeat.

Start off with some fiber.  Getting in 5 grams of fiber in the morning is optimal to make sure your getting in at least 30 grams throughout the day.  Fiber will also keep you fuller longer helping to fend off cravings.

Eating a healthy breakfast like oatmeal will help you focus.  Here is an interesting study on breakfast and learning:
