Do you find yourself reaching for the chocolates or bag of chips a few hours after lunch? Do you wanna just doze off and totally skip your gyms plans? Here is a few quick tips I have picked up!
Drink some ice cold lemon water to get the metabolism going.
Get up out of your desk and talk a walk outside for a few blocks.
Read a few pages of a motivating book or quotes.
Put your ipod and listen to an uplifting/upbeat song.
Look at your list of goals.
Sit next to a funny co-worker and have a non-work conversation.
Email a friend about weekend plans.
Make plans with someone to attend a workout class together and hold each other accountable.
